New scientific data comes to verify ancient knowledge and to confirm the healing properties of proper breathing. The breathing exercises that are included in the method ,are the product of the study of ancient knowledge and the latest scientific discoveries. Breathing is the beginning of life!

We can recognize our emotions and not let them completely overwhelm us. We gain better observation of our thoughts and gradually recurrent, negative thoughts are reduced.”
